Brown Rice Pilaf



Cook 4c water; 2c brown rice for 45 mins
meanwhile...
Sauté onion & celery then add garlic and sunflower seeds
Add oregano, fresh or dried and a few handfuls of spinach
Add lemon juice
Toss with rice
Top with feta and black olives

These recipes are ones I've made up or modified from bits and pieces of other recipes. My family liked them, so I am trying to track and remember them. I wing it in the kitchen--precise measurements will more often than not be missing. Sorry about that, but I'm really only writing these for myself.
