Saute 2 onions, 3-4 cloves of garlic & a stalk of celery.
Add 2 tsp chilli powder, 1 tsp cumin and 1 tsp dill
Add bouillon cube, 1 can of black beans and some broth (a couple of cups but not much more)
Simmer then puree with an immersion blender.
Return to heat and add another can of black beans, some chopped peppers (red, orange, yellow) and some frozen corn.
Simmer until vegetables are done.
Add lots of chopped cilantro and lime juice
Serve with sour cream or yogurt and slices of avocado
